I hope that all your expectations are met, but just a word of caution. Don't get caught up in the hype of this or any other stock just on the announcement of a JV or acquisition. It pays to investigate/research the detail and the medium to long term implications before getting too excited. As the Bearded One has pointed out, many a JV has finished up being a drag on the SP for a variety of reasons.
