Medic Vision Limited [ ASX : MVH ] (the “Company’) requests that a trading halt, for a maximum
of 2 days, be implemented prior to opening of trade tomorrow, Friday 7 November 2008.
The Company is in the process of finalising a significant contract, which given the timing of
completion, requires an orderly release of information such that the market is fully informed.
If a trading halt is not in place, there is a risk the market will not be fully informed while the
Company is finalising the transaction and the disclosure announcements.
The Company expects that the trading halt will continue until close of business on Monday 10
November or until the announcement is made.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
