Presumably the "proposed significant corporate transaction" announced tomorrow will be about an offtake agreement. The announcement on the 4th of August states that:

"The Tranche 2 investment is conditional upon execution of a conditional commercially sensitive off‐take agreement within 2 months of the date of signing the term sheet."

Those of you stating that PLV will be in production with DSO next year are dreaming. Read some announcements. We won't be mining for some time yet.
