You're right AMM may be able to make more from the infrastructure than PEO because AMM already has infrastructure and can reduce costs that PEO couldn’t etc but I still think PEO sold it cheap and will be hard pressed making more from the money they received from the sale than the income stream they have lost I guess time will tell whether they can put the $6.25 million to better use.

What surprises me is that the share price of PEO has risen as a result of the sale.
