There's a fair chance that it's PEO that will buy Amcom. Amcom is profitable but PEO looks to be a good deal bigger in terms of number of customers and turnover from what I can make out. Directors of PEO have indicated in the past they were looking for suitable acquisitions and looking at Amcom it is exactly the sort of company PEO would be interested in acquiring.

If it is Amcom taking over PEO it would have to be a good offer with a relatively small number of people owning a majority of the shares in PEO and those people probably not needing the money from selling.
