Hang ten who cares, it was in a trading halt they can change it as much as they want, what could you have done with the info anyway...Nothing... It was to insto investors, thus they did not need to disclosure docs, maybe the level of subscription changed the structure of the issue, who knows, who cares its out. LET IT GO
