BHP Billiton is in a 50:50 Joint venture with CH4 in the Moranbah Gas Project.
BHP has stated previously that it intends to sell its interest in Moranbah Gas Project (MGP).
One possibility is that AOE maybe buying BHP’s stake.
However you would think that BHP would be put in a trading halt.
I don’t know if AOE has enough capital to take on the 50% stake in the MGP
Second possibility is a friendly merger or takeover of either entity.
