Excuse me for trying to understand your post.

Isn't it the directors DUTY to have their shareholders best interests at heart? Using whatever legal channels they have is "in the line" of their duty as far as I'm concerned.

and forgive me, but I could list many a company that would give anything to have one announcement a year like Cdu spits out regularly.
