Re-reading the companies letter to the ASX requesting the TH I believe that there will be a raising to accompany the acquisition news.

The deal is an "offer to purchase" the wording leads me to think that the rest of the sentense could/would be;

".....if the shareholders approve the capital raising and extra shares being issued to secure the deal."

Idle speculation but be interesting to hear others opinions?
