i was thinking around .38c/.39c as that is where the
overhang from MQG went through at .39c could be wrong
but from the closing SP of .46c if a discount of 20%
were to be applied .094c comes off you get .366c i don't
think ordinary shareholders will be very happy as
placement will most likely be widely distributed ? then
a battle resumes bulls/bears IMO.
