Not sure about spinning the company out, in better market conditions would definitely consider it. Would a spin out be subject to the minimum 400 shareholders holding 2 grand each?. That would be a pretty big ask at the moment for a company with an asset of that size. There's barely been a speccy listing all year. The lure of near term production might get them over the line but maybe it would be good to see another similar size project in there first.

Will be interesting to see how it develops, but have to say a really shrewd move by the directors leveraging off the healthy balance sheet. Looks very good for existing shareholders.
