Yeah, I spoke to the poor put-upon receptionist from the RMPAT, and she said (in a rather exasperated tone) that:
(1) the decision was officially due at the close of business tomorrow;
(2) this did not necessarily imply that it would in fact be released by that time; and
(3) it was "very close" in any case.
Incidentally, I would love to hear from the 2 or 3 geniuses that sold their tiny stakes today...I can only wonder at the tortured souls that would generate such galactically pessimistic moves, given the imminent hour of all that upside.
