They have not rushed it so Iam thinking ether, their will be no appeal if VMS win this battle, all loose ends will have been tied off, or VMS will come away with amendments to its submission, will just mean more time till the first load of ore is moved, but it will be certain when complied with no appeal will be aloud, ether way VMS will mine cant be stopped, Iam with sly on the notion the greens will now climb trees, and they will be removed by police.
