Minor point P1000 regarding communications from drill rigs. It's my experience in dealing with bulk carries, rig tenders and rigs that all com's are now via email and not tel and fax ( and that most have one sat tel in control for the cap/operator) and hence information flow is traceable and easily monitored. Any views as a driller (offshore?) - I guess one could use code.
