    I think 48 hour halt is just a standard provision.
    I would think 15 minutes is enough.
    No big deal here, especially if no new info becomes available.
    Just some company we dont know, have never heard of taking a 9% appx. placement at an ODD price.

    Nothing YET to convince anyone that the price is logical or justifiable and no exciting marketable name as the purchaser. So I dont see great price impact until more info is released.
