I rang SEN this afternoon and asked them why I had market sensitive info in the mail and it wasn't disclosed on the ASX - I got the explanation that they had hoped the funds to be in their account today so they could release an annoucement but the transfer was still being processed/cleared so they had to speak with the ASX which has granted them a 48 hour trading halt to make a formal annoucement.
I think the placement will show positive appreciation from todays closing price.
