I have a feeling this is going to be a good cap raising Not a total dilution or wipe of the share value ,buyers keen to bib at above 4 means it's might be higher than what's it trading at only my opinion still top management strong share base and outstanding Oil finds in USA we can't go wrong with tex , and only thing that's slow target is the cold in the USA A record in 100 years so we are well position to reap rewards this year pending this capital raising
