In my opinion I think it's got a 90% chance of a great announcement for SWT.
If you're a holder be VERY excited I reckon cause from my experience when a company takes that long to announce it is usually something of significant importance which usually ends up being positive 90% of the times.
When a company has something negative to announce they just come out and announce it as there's no need to work 3 days in order to get a negative announcement out to the market cause the negative force is already well known to management.
From what I can see it is a possibility of either 1 of 2 things......
1./ Merger 2./ Takeover
Either way you can bet your bottom dollar that either of the 2 above will be VERY positive for shareholders and you'll be significantly rewarded.
