SWT doing a capital raising at 11.5 cents ( to expand faster) when the stock was trading at 12.5 is I think justified, there has to be a slight premium to compensate for lack of liquidity during the rasing.
Your AIM rasied capital at 3.5 cents and people rushed to buy the stock at 10 cents a month later. All the companies shares changed hands so some people there made a fortune.
I am not an expert in South African Platinium reserves so who knows what AIM is really worth. I doubt anyone here does.
SWT I do understand reasonably well and liked it on its own. If they combine with People Telecom then its the start of a great package. Fast growing telecommunications company combining with fast growing broadband company, nation wide network.
