As a caveat to this post I would like to put this under the "don't shoot the messenger" section.

I now have reason to believe that my previous post in regard to point 1 is incorrect.
I have been unable to verify that the Judges are at present in S.I.
In fact, a source in the court system said they were not.
Axiom has not been informed that a decision will be handed down when the judges return to S.I.
The only fact I can verify by any source and also by Axiom itself is that the courts will reconvene up there on 28th September.
If anyone else thinks or knows differently, please provide the details on HC.

Finally, this decision is the only really important story at the moment, that is why it is important to have facts are not just conjecture.
