    They didn't need a halt for this announcement. They had the data last week, it doesn't take four days to write that ann! But by calling the halt on Friday morning, it gives twice as long, with the weekend in between, for speculation to build up.

    If anybody could hype the oppies over the line it would be these guys, but they seem to have lost their touch.
