Initially I thought this may be the first sensible thing you've said on this thread underlined. AZG are currently having a few issues along with many others in the mining services sector.
However if you actually read through the announcement it says that NFC will be the principal contractor and only certain activities will be subcontracted to AZG. I doubt they will be involved in the hardcore process work.
