    Insider info would be info that is given that manipulates trading and SP.

    A TH request is not inside info. What advantage did Davisite get from that info? It was on the weekend, no trading and halt was supposed to be imposed on Monday prior to trading.

    You;re trying very hard to investigate something when the facts state otherwise:

    Asx could possibly be liable for not processing a TH request from a listed company.

    We will soon find out.
