It's a contentious issue. I picked up a small number of extra shares today at 11c, knowing full well the risks. But, if a TH was requested and did not get acted upon by the ASX in time, it may seem like a fair thing to do. But is it? The thing is, I sold some shares in another company that went gangbusters today (AUZ) to cover my position. After the sale, the SP went up considerably. Will I get them back? I don't think so... that's not fair either is is?
