Both daviste and management have put themselves in a legal quandary if what davisite wrote has any fact or truth in it. Why should the CEO give HIM such sensitive info over the weekend?? Him knowing a th was requested after such a scouring media article (and was not put in place until late by the ASX) gave him opportunity to trade on that knowledge. Note: davisite did not inform hc readers of this tasty bit of info until way later in the morning trade!!!
