The last annual report showed 188 million shares of which 100 mill owned by benny, another 46 mill by the balance of the top 20 shareholders, and the balance of 46 mill by us plebs. With sizeable chunks going through (17 mill, 7 mill, 8 mill) you would expect it must be holders in the top 20 who are unloading. And you have to wonder why they would do that with the superior bid on the table?
