Nido Petroleum is pleased to announce a capital raising to fund the development of Tindalo. The raising will comprise a placement of a 100 million shares at 12c which is only at a discount 7.4% to the average closing share price for the past two months) and a SPP for up to $15k for retail shareholders

As previously indicated to the market, Nido Petroleum continues to be in a strong financial position and is pleased to announce development of Tindalo for 1st Quarter 2010. No capital raising will be required to fund this development.
