I think if it was a capital raising or share placement it would have been mentioned in the trading halt request. They usually are aren't they? And others have mentioned it would be unlikely for KIK and NDO to do this.
On the other hand, no need for a trading halt if they are deferring the project. Decision would have been made already.
Any other ideas? Surely not selling the asset to concentrate on Gindarra?
