Whilst i do not hold NDO, i do have an interest in OEL, and therefore follow NDO's fortunes to some degree.
Could this announcement be in relation to the FID mentioned in the announcement on the 5th October,. which it said that the FID had been delayed from September to October and the quote that "at this stage NDO is relying on internal funding for this operation"
