well they haven't given details to either way this will b handled, they could be farming more % for shares and $$ or they could be placing more shares out at 50-55c to Sophisticated investors, or maybe giving retail holders a max $5000 hit at 50c , either way dilution will be formed, it is just a matter od which one, how are you thinking that the dilution is already factored in the current share price???
