You are very right the announcement is to do with real assays not visual estimates. The only surprise I could see amongst them could be some gold, but lets wait and see
The visual estimates reference was a general statement that they should not be allowed by the ASX, that is how Proto got into this mess, another to feel the pain of making an estimate is THX, though at least they did have excellent uranium grades, just not as much as was estimated. It is hard to visually estimate grade and in general one over estimates, it takes a bit of practice to get yourself tuned in.
