Even if she heads south, the company will be in a better shape because it's got working capital needed to run the project they have, especially NNZ-2566. Also, the fact that it is negotiating a direct investment from US is good because there will be no selling actions from current shareholders. If it is offered to regular shareholders like us, then some of them will have to sell their share because they don't have any money left which will result in even more depressed sp.
