That's the most likely scenario as they don't need the cash. Copulous have ALREADY been well looked afetr (26m at 15 cents!!) so perhaps its getting a couple of instos on board and a payoff to a broker or two for coverage. Very common and they always expect to do very well .. so yes often very goog news follows.
