Good idea to keep it positive .. there are always good reasons for this type of move. Yes its possible .. like HGO taking over SWN??? You could argue (as with most placements) that HGO should wait until after good news is announced then raise at a higher price .. but then instos and brokers may not be interested as most of the appreciation has already happened ... so placements are often AHEAD of excellent news.

LB .. correction DA said he wanted to build HGO to be a mid-sized miner capitalised at $1b ... about $2 per share.
