    How related to kanmantoo JV? Usually if say a JV partner also takes equity in the company it would be announced as part of the JV announcement and it would not say "to sophisticated investors".

    Too many possibilities and little joy in speculating .. I think I will just wait now for the announcement while assuming HGO management know what they are doing!
