    Hi guys,

    Like you I can only speculate about the reasons for the capital raising.

    IMO, if you look at the failed trade sale of Q Copper by CFE and subsequent float of that copper mine it could be that the potential JV partners were being too stingy and didn't front up with enough $$ to satisfy the HGO Board.

    As a result, and with copper set to continue strongly (although there are always differing opinions) the HGO Board have decided to go it alone at K and take all the pie.

    Cap raising, despite the large cash balance may be to also allow the aggressive gold exploration to continue in Indo alongside the ramp up of copper operations in SA.

    All just speculation and not very productive.
