I really appreciate your thoughts.
Perhaps I'm grasping at straws, but I know that everything was go ahead a month ago, and I believe that the PCL boys went to the meeting expecting a go to 3d.
I'm wondering if WPL pulled out because they had so much on their plate and Kenya was too far off and not guaranteed as is Mauritania. I think that PCL need to clarify this.
The valuation for the Afrex deal with Kenya taken right out still leaves 7 cents per share for PCL but the market will probably over react.
I'm still in shock but may buy more in the morning if WPL's decision clarified and Kenya still has a life. That's the market. No gain without pain but I sure don't like the pain.
