Probably not a good thing for MOF holders. CHC's management shafted their own shareholders in their SPP recently, possible in return for Gandel underwriting some good careers for management. During this management changeover, ss much equity as possible in MOF will be gamed away IMO, to the profit of CHC, Macquarie and Gandel insiders, at the expense of unit holders. They know they have to hurry as it is easy for them to get away with it at present.
