TRADING HALT
Mooter Media Limited (MMZ) requests a trading halt in the ordinary shares of MMZ with
immediate effect, pending an announcement in relation to a Heads of Agreement for a
marketing & development partnership, which is in the final stages of negotiation and
execution.
In accordance with listing rule 17.1, we advise that:
a. MMZ requests a trading halt because it has an announcement pending, which we
are not yet in a position to release;
b. MMZ wishes the trading halt to last until such time as it is in a position to make, and
makes, the announcement contemplated in paragraph a. to the market.
c. It is expected that the announcement will be made prior to the commencement of
trading on Wednesday 17th February 2010.
d. MMZ is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of
any other information relevant to this request.
