Very interesting:
I'd have thought that if Andy was going to simply issue a clarification as to the effects of the clawback there would be no need for a trading halt.
But.... I'd have also thought that Anglo would need a pretty good reason to say "no - we're out" before their six month time frame was over
And
I thought that the maiden JORC was too small for Anglo to say yes to and trigger the clawback .... so far anyway.
Maybe Andy just wants to draw attention to a clarifaction.
Doesn't make sense to me....
