yes, the fact that they still have a fair bit of cash is a good sign. Still, as I mentioned a week or 2 ago, if they wanted to do a regular cash raise they would have pumped the stock alot further first.
Maybe they have something special there to come... or maybe they're getting desperate since people keep selling out on great announcements...
