If it turns out to be a generic market cap raising we could see some short term problems with the share price. It definitely doesn't bode well for the options to be converted come June and not to mention shares on issues creeping up closer to that 2billion mark.
On the other hand a capital raising to a key investor would do wonders as too would some consolidation.. All will be revealed by Friday and we cant do much now but sit tight and await the news.
