I reckon it will be a 3 step process:

1. Get TJ into production;

2. Complete current offtake agreement with the Chinese to show we can do it;

At that stage KRL will be proven as the real deal. Then the third step:-

3. Negotiate a deal with the Chinese where they put the money in to develop KI in exchange for guaranteed supply; and/or perhaps a stake in the company.

Just my thoughts. I wouldn't think KRL would do a standard capital raising to get $100 million. But who knows, that's just my musings...
