trading halt

Full credit to the executives at SDL during this very diffficult time. They have kept the market informed, the best they can, plus outlining who they have available as consultants including Ex Chairman George Jones. Given the market is as informed as possibly it can be, it may be of benefit to lift the Trading Halt on Tuesday rather than wait to Wednesday. Any significant announcement could then be covered by a normal ASX announcement, given the market is already aware of the circumstances. Unnecessarily long trading halts tend to cause greater selling than brief trading halts.
Given there may not be news for some days or even months, I am sure the missing executives would want things to continue as normal rather than a long trading halt then possible suspension.
