Bleach 88, SDL does have the required number of directors & if need be can appoint alternate directors under Corporations Law to act on their behalf if current directors not present at board meetings etc. I am sure their lawyers will advise them correctly. Remember additional directors can always be appointed. Given ex chairperson George Jones is available, there is one candidate immediately available plus Michael Blakiston has also serviced on public company boards.
