Management have done a wonderful job over the past year in raising only the bare minimum to avoid dilution and keep the register strong. We now have a soon to be released JORC and a resource much larger in size with excellent results being achieved on a CONSISTENT basis - hardly a pump and raise and certainly not what has been happening from previous raises.
Go and check what the sp was a year ago after the GFC and see how far we have come.
Then do yourself a favour and ring the md (his number is at the bottom of every release), you might just find that lazy is one thing he is not.
