I suspect that Nexus has approached Shell seeking an extension to the handover date of 2020 as foreshadowed in the quarterly and this has prompted Shell to respond with a low ball 50cps offer. If so, it seems unlikely to me that NXS will jump on a first offer. Hopefully this could be the catalyst to flushing out other offers.
