If it is a CR then someone has forced the sp up and then sold out, one would think that this would be the only way that the sp would go up if someone knew about a cap raising.
So if the above is not the situation then maybe someone has got good news and sp rises.
The way I see it the Trading Halt was done by phone once the volume started to rise so maybe no second page. My opinion only.
So what is the announcement (Who Knows)
