re: 22c puts me in the money My Guess its a placement afterall thats what was voted on at the AGM hours before the trading halt .Placement I reckon can be no less than 23c .This is 80% of the weighted average of
QRS closing price over the last 5 trading days .

The placement maybe be via a panel of brokers
to their larger clients & a couple of instos this may have already been done (no ones called me ,lol )

or best case senario (unlikely) a Rapiscan take a 10% interest @35c & some soft distribution deal

But im only guessing ,could be
some products have been recalled

or they have sold more of them
