TRADING HALT

The securities of E-Com Multi Limited (the Company) will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 16 August 2010 or when the
announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt on ECE Securities Pursuant to ASX Listing rule 17.1, E-Com Multi Limited (the Company) hereby requests a trading halt on its securities pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital
raising and possible other related transactions that are material to the Company.

The Company anticipates that a request to lift the trading halt will be made no later than the opening of trading on Monday, 16 August 2010 concurrent with the release of an announcement in respect to the proposed transactions. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
